Diablo 2: Resurrected Update Brings Back the Classic FeatureDiablo II: Resurrected has received an update that brought back a feature from on the very first Diablo II game.
That feature is the Ladder system which gives players a chance to take on other players via more competitive methods of playing through the story with the characters they've created.
The Ladder system is available in various different versions and is now available for players to play again or to play for the first time depending on whether or not they played Diablo II in the first place Diablo II or not.
If you played the game that was the precursor to this new version, you'll already be pretty familiar with the principal characteristics of the Ladder system. It's offered in Classic, Hardcore Classic, Expansion, or Hardcore Expansion variants with each of them having different rules on how many life players can have and what content is available.
"Each mod will come with their own leaderboard that allows players for experience and gain strategic advantage within short timeframes while having access to Ladder-specific content," Blizzard's announcement about the launch in the Ladder game for Diablo II: Resurrected said.
