All health departments in the state of California require one manager and/or supervisors to have an ANSI certified Food Safety Manager on premises. This class 6.5 hour class will prepare you for the ServSafe Manager Food Safety exam conducted at the end of the instruction time. Our classes are taught by the best instructors, who have restaurant and food safety experience, and can help you understand how to apply the information to your own restaurant.

Cancellations: There is a $20 cancellation processing fee for all cancellations with less than 72 hours notice. Enrollments can be rescheduled within 3 months time. Enrollments are transferable to others with a $20.00 fee.
