This is for online Prometric Food Safety Examination Test scheduled outside of the posted schedule. It will be taken on the on the day agreed upon in email with instructor.

Tests are given at the Women's Business Center 5121 Van Nuys Blvd, Suite 300, Sherman Oaks, Ca 91411 unless another site is agreed upon by instructor.

Tests are available in English, Spanish, or Chinese.  Choose the appropriate language from the drop down below.
 
On the day of the exam you will receive pass or fail score.  You must achieve a 75% score to receive certification. 
 
Certificates for passing scores will be available in 1-2 business days. 
 
**It is highly recommended to take a full online or classroom ServSafe Class prior taking the test. If the test is not passed, you will need to retake the test and pay the full fee of $79.  ***
 
Cancellation or No Show:  If you fail to show up for a scheduled test without 2 hours prior notice to the start time of the class or are late to the start of the test, you will not be granted entrance and will be charged a $20.00 fee.  Test entrance will be closed at the time of test, so arrive early to be ready to test on time.
