The class is approximately 8 hours of video, audio and interactive learning games, with all text and narration in both English and Spanish. This class is equivalent to ServSafe Manager Food Protection classes and is accepted by all Health Departments.
It's the most widely accepted, by regulatory agencies, on-line food manager's training in the country. (It is approved in California. Please check with your local and state agencies to see if the program is accepted outside the State of California).
This class also meets the training needed to take the ServSafe Manager Food Protection Test. You can request a ServSafe exam by emailing us at email@example.com.
Near the completion of the test, please contact our office to schedule your tests. This will require 4 days prior notice to when you want to take the test. Testing will occur at a Prometric or Pearson Vue testing location. There is no addition charge for testing. It is included in your pricing. We will provide you a unique test access code to be provided to the test proctor when you arrive for your testing appointment.

Note: There is no online test! By law, the exam must be proctored in person and must be taken in the presence of a certified Prometric proctor or testing center.
