All health departments in the state of California require one manager and/or supervisors to have an ANSI certified Food Safety Manager on premises. This is for the Manager ServSafe class and examination.  It will be proctored by a registered ServSafe Proctor

 

Class Duration:  6.5 hours 

Lunch Break: 30 minutes

Test Duration | up to 2 hours. Typically 1.25 hours

 

You will be directed to a site link to  Antelope Valley College, our host location.   Please complete the online form.  They will contact you for payment.  Then you will be emailed a ServSafe Study guide and a Sample Exam from info@restaurantsuccesscenter.com. Participants who study the guide before test experience the greatest success rates. If you are not able to open it, please email info@restaurantsuccesscenter.com

 

Date | Thursday, February 13, 2025

8:00 am - 3:30 pm.  Arrive on time please.

Location | Antelope Valley College.   Class room number will be emailed with welcome letter.

Other important details:

Parking: Plenty.  During school session there is a $1.00 parking fee.  Please purchase parking pass on entry at kiosk.

 

**You must bring a valid ID or you will NOT be able to take the test, no exceptions**

 

  • Results will be available in 10 business days. If you need instant results, please contact us and bring a lap top. The is an additional charge of $10.00. info@restaurantsuccesscenter.com
  • Lunch will be 30 minutes. Bring a bag lunch or there many fast food locations and vending machines nearby. 
  • Bring drink and snacks.  
  • Study guide and sample test included. Pre-study is essential.
