All health departments in the state of California require one manager and/or supervisors to have an ANSI certified Food Safety Manager on premises. This is for the Manager ServSafe class and examination.  It will be proctored by a registered ServSafe Proctor
 
Class Duration:  6.5 hours 
Lunch Break: 30 minutes
Test Duration | up to 2 hours. Typically 1.25 hours
 
When you enroll you will receive an invoice that includes a download link where you can read your welcome letter for the class as well as the Sample Test and Study Guide.  Participants who study the guide before test experience the greatest success rates. 8:00 am - 3:30 pm.  Arrive on time please.
Location | Antelope Valley College.   3041 West Ave K, Lancaster, CA 93536   Class room numbe H- 600.  It is in the first brown long building nearest the parking lot.
 
Parking: Plenty.  You do not need a parking pass on Saturdays.
 
**You must bring a valid ID or you will NOT be able to take the test, no exceptions**
 
Results will be available in 10 business days. If you need instant results, please contact us and bring a lap top. The is an additional charge of $10.00. info@restaurantsuccesscenter.com
Lunch will be 30 minutes. Bring a bag lunch or there many fast food locations and vending machines nearby. 
Bring drink and snacks.  
Study guide and sample test included. Pre-study is essential.
